A brilliant but misguided young man, Bromwell Stikk was genius in the fields of meteorological science and electrical/mechanical engineering. After stealing the research journal of the late Dr. Thomas Morrow, creator of the robotic superhero Red Tornado, Stikk built himself a cybernetic exoskeleton to given him power over wind and lightning. Now calling himself Mr. Twister, Stikk uses his powers and genius to line his own pockets; regardless of who gets hurt in the process.
-2. Phobia aka Angela Hawkins III:
Born a member of the British aristocracy, Angela Hawkins III grew up wanting for nothing. However, as she grew older and began to develop psychic powers, she discovered something very interesting about herself; namely that she gets an inhuman amount of pleasure from psychically torturing people with their own worst fears. Needless to say her ‘hobbies’ have earned her a spot on Interpol’s most wanted list; not to mention a position on Team Tartarus.
-3. Zookeeper aka Dr. Samuel Register:
Many years ago, Dr. Samuel Register worked with the famed scientists Mark and Marie Logan on their Reverse Evolution project in Africa. However, after the Logans’ research lead to their son Garfield gaining the power of animal transformation, Register became obsessed with duplicating the result within himself and later disappeared under mysterious circumstances. Nearly two decades later, Kitten found Register in a small lab in South Africa and discovered that not only had he succeeded in giving himself animal transformation powers but also made numerous other, controversial, leaps in the field of gene manipulation. Now calling himself Zookeeper, Register works with Team Tartarus largely as a means to fund his twisted research; as well as an excuse to test his powers out on unsuspecting civilians.
-4. Princess Pussycat aka Kitten van Cleer:
Only child of the infamous C-List supervillain Cameron van Cleer, better known by him nom-de-crime Killer Moth, Kitten grew up wanting for nothing; which unfortunately led her to become something of a spoiled brat. However, upon turning 18, Kitten decided that she was tired of only being known as the daughter of a third-rate criminal and vowed to become the most sensational supervillain the world had ever seen. So using the small fortune her father had amassed from a lifetime of larceny, Kitten had herself subjected to numerous genetic and cybernetic enhancements; reinventing herself as Princess Pussycat, the newest and most gorgeous face in costumed villainy. Now, along with her new Team, she plans to leave her mark one history by doing what no one else has ever done before; destroying the Teen Titans.
-5. Madame Rouge aka Laura De Mille:
The last surviving member of the once infamous Brotherhood of Evil, Madame Rouge was sentenced to twelve consecutive life sentences in one of Europe’s top maximum security prisons for her incalculable crimes against humanity. However, with a little help from the then fledgling Team Tartarus, this fatal feme fatale was freed to resume her wicked ways. Unfortunately for her, her liberators proved to be far more cunning than she originally thought. Thanks to a special chemical injected into her bloodstream by Zookeeper, the once feared Madame Rouge has been reduced to a subservient addict; forced to use her use her phenomenal elasticity and shapeshifting powers for the needs of her partners rather than herself.

For many years Marlin Jacobi, better known in the entertainment circuit as the Amazing Mumbo, was a talented but sadly underappreciated stage magician. However, that all changed one day when he bought an antique wand at an estate sale that allowed him to unlock the secrets of real magic. Deciding that mere fame was overrated and that wealth was the only thing he truly cared about, Mumbo used his newfound power embark on a life of crime. Now Team Tartarus’ resident magic user, his ultimate goal still revolves around making himself rich; even if his hammy antics suggest otherwise.
